Sacred Living
How we come back Home to ourselves
Sacred living is living life with an embodied presence - allowing everything to be sacred.
It is about finding the beauty and the magic in the mundane.
It’s about weaving rituals into our routine.
Living sacred is a way of life that is in tune with your heart and your body, aligned with your unique essence.
Sacred living might look like stirring an intention into your morning coffee or tea..
Sacred living could mean starting your day out in nature or deeply within the body..
It might be taking a few deep breaths and sending a prayer out into the universe before you start your work day..
Sacred living might be taking your midday break to journal, tune in + tap out and come back home to you…
Sacred living is a way of life that deeply honors your heart + your body as your teachers, leaders, guides.
Sacred living is a revolutionary act to the often structured, productive hungry modern world we live in today. Evolutionizing the way we live.
It is time for us to grow outside of our outdated structures and ways of life… People are suffering, depressed, anxious and overwhelmed with the world we live in today. We have the power to change this. I have always questioned why so many of us have chosen to work 40+ hours a week, listening to the clocks to tell us when we can be free… waiting until a certain time in the future for us to follow our dreams. When life can be so short, I’ve always wondered why so many of us have chosen this path of productivity, busyness and oftentimes stressful lives.
What if our foundational perspective of life shifted from a way of living in the head to living in the heart? So we can learn to listen to those tiny whispers of inspiration & allow them to guide us to our evolution.
What if sacred living is simply allowing our hearts and bodies to be the leaders in our lives, rather than the outside world telling us what we should be?
What if we began to shift our power from what society encourages us to be and allowed ourselves to be the sovereign, free willed beings we already are?
We must stop living from the mind, the outdated structures in place, the expectations of others + society and revolutionize the way we grow, learn and play in this world.
We are the embodiment of heaven and earth, we live in this manifest playground with free will to create a life of our dreams.
Life is for the living, let’s live it sacredly.
