I’m Amber Renae. I’m a native Arizonan with my roots deep in the desert. My lifestyle includes adventures in the outdoors, traveling with my soul-mate and soul-dog, deepening my relationship with Self and creating sacred spaces for myself and others to explore their inner world.

I’m the creator of Root and Ritual - a sacred business with a mission to weave earth + energetics into our lives. I’m here to serve ceremonial medicine to those that are ready and willing to open their hearts to a deeper level of their being. I’m here to offer vibrational frequencies through the energy of Reiki to those who are ready to peel back the layers of self and find their truth. I’m a leader of the feminine here to guide and support other women in embodying their unique essence + their innate power so they can live a life that is truly aligned with them. A life that is woven with the rhythms of their own being as they learn to embody a more cyclical way of living and step out of the patriarchal structure that we live in. I’m here to create community + connection in a world that I feel is deeply disconnected to self, others and the planet. I’m here to be a bridge for plant medicine that can open up our bodies, minds and hearts to a deeper, more expanded state of being.

As a sacred space facilitator, I am simply a bridge for the medicine to walk upon & be served to others. I do not claim to heal you, I do not claim to tell you your future and I will not feed you illusions that this path is easy or that it will lead you to everything you’ve ever dreamed of - because in truth I am on this path with you. We walk hand and hand together. I can promise that I will serve you the medicine in a safe and sacred container for you to explore your inner world & find truth, clarity and healing with your own innate power and wisdom. I promise to be a guiding light on this path and to remind you of your essence, of your love, of your divine truth - that you are a walking miracle.

I continuously sit at the altar of my own life, using these medicines, this frequency, these plants to help me open up to my own divine truth, to the clarity of my own essence, so that I can serve from a pure + open channel. I have walked many years on this path of self realization and I found myself here again at the altar of my own life ready to serve others this same medicine that has helped me to embody myself deeply, to own my truth and to see the depth and beauty that is alive within and all around me.

My ways are deeply rooted in ancient systems & medicine that have been around for centuries. I have walked with Yoga, Reiki and Plant medicine and they have served me deeply on my own path of awakening. I now know that it is my Dharma & my destiny to serve this medicine and knowledge so that you too can find your own truth, own who you are and be truly free in this life. This human journey is built with many mountains & valleys and we were never ever meant to walk it alone.. I can promise you that I will hold your hand as we walk each other home. ♥️

My medicine is an extension of Mama Earth - warm, nurturing and here to hold you in all your seasons. I don’t follow any specific dogma or religion. I only follow what I know to be true in my own Soul and encourage others to find their unique Truth with the knowing that all paths lead Home.

My Personal Story + Path to the Healing Arts

My path into the healing arts was brought to me by deep pain and a yearning to understand the mystical parts of life. In my early twenties I lost close friends and encountered traumatic life moments that brought me to my knees. My first realization of Death was a divine awakening. Through these shadows is where I was first able to find the spark of Truth and witness a connection to the Divine, it was in the darkness I was able to finally see the light. This “dark night of the soul” is what brought me into the realm of mysticism and the healing arts. \ I came to remember my ancient roots and natural gifts through my own practices and devotion to Self + the Great Mystery.

I began my spiritual journey with yoga & meditation then ventured on to explore Reiki, plant medicine and other rituals to further deepen my devotion to Self and the Divine. These practices held me deeply for years and I came to the realization that this was my purpose - my Dharma. It took me many cycles of death and rebirth to finally step into my Dharma and share my gifts with the world though Root and Ritual. After a winding path of shedding layers upon layers of what I knew myself to be, I finally came to the internal knowing that everything I was seeking was already within me. The peace, the abundance, the love, the joy - it was already there. It was through this journey (and the journey never ends) that I came to realize my Dharmic path on this earth is to be a bridge for others to remember their own medicine, their own truth and their own light.

 

Together, we can walk alongside one another and I’ll share with you my love, my gifts & my whole heart.
