Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing in which the practitioner transfers universal life force energy to the recipient with gentle hands on touch, this can also be performed with hands off if preferred. The recipient lays on a massage table for the majority of the session and can relax to receive the healing energy.
Some people express feelings of bliss, emotional release, feeling as if a weight is lifted, mental or emotional clarity, reduced tension + anxiety and much more. Each individual will have their unique experience and every session is different.
Sessions will be held at Three Point Wellness or in home.
Reiki Sessions
60 Minute Reiki Session: $90
3 Session Package: $250
*Used for single individual only & encouraged to use sessions within 6 months for optimal experience.
Alchemy Sessions
Alchemy sessions are a 1:1 session using the energy of Reiki to harmonize + alchemize on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Alchemy sessions include Reiki healing followed by a ceremony to assist in integrating after the session.
90 Minute Alchemy Session: $133
*Ceremonies can include Tea, Cacao or Herbal medicinals to support mind + body + spirit in integration.
3 Session Package: $355
*Used for single individual only & encouraged to use sessions within 6 months for optimal experience.

Women’s Circles
A women’s circle is an ancient gathering of sisters to create connection, both within ourselves and our community. Together, we honor the earth’s seasons, moon cycles and each of our own unique phases. We share sacred space during these potent times for reflection and rituals.
These circles have been around for thousands of years and served as the heart of the community by creating a sacred way of life and weaving the magic with the mundane. Women of all ages, cultures and backgrounds are encouraged to come with an open heart.
Pillars of a Women’s Circle
Meditation & Embodiment: A practice focused on going within our own hearts + bodies.
Reflections: Journal prompts to guide you into your field of energy + emotions.
Community + Connection: A sacred space to share your heart and voice with the community.
Rituals: A ritual or creation to honor the earth’s season, moon cycle and your own internal rhythm.

Private Events + Ceremonies
We can craft a ceremony or event to match your unique intentions and vision. These events can be held in home or at a sacred space of your choosing. Most events start at $111 / hour with considerations for materials that will need to be used in the event.
Cacao Ceremonies: $55 / person
Cacao is a ceremonial drink that helps to open up the heart. It is a gentle plant medicine that can bridge you to healing and promote deeper introspection.
Tea Ceremony: $33 / person
Tea ceremonies are a practice of mindfulness & invite us to be present and grounded.
Private Yoga Event - Group
$111/ hour
Private Yoga Session - Individual or Small Group
$75 / person
+$10 for each additional person
